Mr. Reynolds, You have stated in the past that you are one of the few with time/willingness to tread the mailing list gauntlet, and for that I thank you. I also appreciate the fact that even though there are those who would abuse the list or even belittle your work or the work of the VALVe collective, you still come by to update us.
Your efforts are appreciated! Is there a website of known issues and % completeness listed that could be accessed by those on the list so that a comfort level can be maintained of what issues are being worked and with what priority? If not, I would like to suggest this as an enhancement to the customer service offered by VALVe (you) as a way to reduce the number of complaint/criticisms of the uninformed/misled.
