I got up this morning and all 4 of our HL2DM servers had crashed with the Application Error dialog. All the .mdmp files aren't empty though.
Still not sure if there is anything specific causing it. There's nothing in the game log files (each one ends with "log file closed") that I can see.

My HL2DM server is crashing very regularly too, and it is creating empty Steam_*.mdmp files in the directory.
I am also running an HL2CTF mod on a different server, and it never crashes. I updated both servers with the latest steam update yesterday.
They are both running mani too.
If there is any information or any steps that you would like me to do that will help let me know. I am starting a fresh run now and all console output is going to the log, so maybe there will be something useful in there. Unfortunatley, I've been to crazy playing HL2CTF and have not spent time on this server so I don't know if the crashes correlate to an in-game event or not.
