I have it set up here: http://www.unholynetwork.com/hlmaps/ (I will block that directory from a listing when I have this working!) Those maps are for hl2CTF mod - but the http download is not working, I don't see a different download dialog with my custom graphics when I switch to a map I do not have installed. Does anyone know if sv_downloadurl works for hl2ctf? Can anyone see if I have staged the files correctly? I see the CVAR sv_downloadurl is present and has the correct value from using the RCON console.
