One additional observation: I am unable to create another one of these setups. Seems like I have to set tv_enable 1 without any other tv parms and let the game server run for a few hours. Once the SrcTV on port 27020 shows in the favorites list and I can join it, then I can switch the parms to the below config and start up the proxy.
Must be a master server latency thing.
