Hi Alfred

If I do a full refresh with no filters set, I get 28,000 odd servers in the
STEAM Internet Server List.

In trying to reproduce this problem:

I change the filter to region (Australia), hit quick refresh, I still get
28,000 odd STEAM Internet Server List

I leave the filter to region (Australia), hit Refresh All, I receive a blank
STEAM Internet Server List

If I now exit STEAM manually and start it manually I receive what appears to
be a correct STEAM Internet Server List for Australia

If I now select filter by game (CS:Source) whilst leaving Filter by region
(Australia) selected, I receive a blank STEAM Internet Server List

If I do a Quick Refresh or Refresh All all with the same filters in place, I
still get the same blank STEAM Internet Server List

If I now exit STEAM manually and start it manually I receive what appears to
be a correct STEAM Internet Server List for Counter-Strike Source Servers in
Australia

Very annoying to have to exit STEAM and restart it to get the STEAM Internet
Server List Filters to funtion correctly

As soon as I try to select another filter, I am right back at the blank
STEAM Internet Server List again, and click Quick Refersh or Refresh All in
either order makes no difference.

I only worked out that this is an issue because you cannot filter by
Counter-Strike to get both CS and CS:S servers on the same list, so I now
have to swap back and forwards if I want to get a server list for the game I
am looking for.

Its not a problem if you do not touch the filter obviously.
