Visit E:\websites\noclans\downloads.htm and you can download the motd_random_wav.zip and any other goodies you want. Or download it directly from: http://www.noclans.com/downloads/motd_random_wav.zip
Be sure to read the readme.txt as there are some changes you will want to make.
Note this is an ASP solution (posted only to hlds list) but the code can easily be modified to work on Linux via PHP, etc. If anyone does modify the code for Linux then I would like a copy to include in the archive for others to use.
