Perhaps a secondary banner spot, below the Source content server banner,
would be a common ground solution on this?

HL Mods have the popularity they have due to the supporting communities
servers & the resources they supply free of charge to players.

Allowing those clans/clubs/communities the small concession of advertising
through the free download they are providing is one way of giving back to

dialog.

I heard that the banner in sv_downloadurl feature does not work with
