IDK if they're infact breaking servers.. But I host 6 Source servers and true, those that had bots no longer have em unless someone joins. HLSW doesn't see the servers as "up and running" instead it shows them Timedout. Only one I've used to check was HLSW though. I did join all of them to make sure they were infact ok and they were running. HLSW will still return console messages even though it says they're timed-out.
