Yes I managed to get all the BOTS to work and running all of the Maps in my
cycle as well. I am using Mani-Admin newest version. I edited the ed.cfg
with all my bot commands. Start the Server and then execute the Ed.cfg Work
fine on all maps I currently cycle.....

cs_compound, cs_italy, de_port, cs_office, de_tides
de_alivemetal, de_aztec, de_cbble, de_chateau, de_deltamill
de_dust2, de_inferno

cheers hope this helps in getting this to work...

Subject: re: [hlds] problems after last update: Bot issue work around

I found a work around for the Bot issues caused by last nights patch.
In the Mani-Admin tool forum, Ace Rimmer suggested using Matties Event
Scripts to delay the start of your bot.cfg file by 5 seconds or so after
the map start:

http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7985&postdays=0&;
postorder=asc&&start=15

I tried it, restarted the server and it works great. I don't get the
server/map full issue when it changes to the next map. My bots and
players can enter the map and play away. After loading Mattie Event
script onto the server, I added the following line to the bottom of my
server.cfg: es_delayed 5 exec bot.cfg. I then restarted the server and
forced a map change. Works now, not sure why, but it works. Thanks to
Ace Rimmer for finding a solution.

You can get the event scripts .dll here:

It seems that after the initial map change the server no longer accepts new players, in fact it gives "server full" messages when i try to add bots and players can only connect as spectators.

first map after startup is fine. it's after the map changes that the
problems start to occur. anyone else experience the same problem?

This is a big problem!!! When I play with bots on my server, it works
for
the starting map but once the second map is loaded, no one can join a
team
because the server says the teams are full. None the of the bots can
join
any of the teams either. I think this is a serious bug from the last
patch.

That is not the problem! The first map runs fine after that the server
is full yet empty and no one can connect

I still like the last one we had, just before this update. These are
ugly, I admit they have more detail but there is something about them
that is just ugly.

Nothing wrong with our servers, the same issues that were there before
are
still there now, but for the most part what used to work still works.
A few small client issues, that are generally resolved with the old
"delete
blob file" solution
Updating HLSW does wonders too!
