I am seeing my server on the list but no one is able to sign on and clients are locking up.... Is Stream Server down...????

The messages in the console: No challenge from <ip>:<port> Bad challenge from <ip>:<port> are just a warnings about someone using an old query method to test your server. Once all tools are updated this will go away. Until then just ignore them they are not causing any harm.
