okay I rechecked and yes same issue as follows:

hostname: CT Dummies
build : 2379
udp/ip : 69.22.117.201:27015
map : de_dust2 at: 0 x, 0 y, 0 z
players : 0 <20 max>

message starting console: "Could not establish connection Stream servers."

Calling it a night, Guess not to be tonight... earlier this morning
everything was fine... I guess I should have kept the server running and
forgot the dust bunnies and installing the new water cooler for the hard
drives...

-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Well the CTF server is down twice in as many days. After updating I was having problems and I implemented the "sv_enableoldqueries 1" solution for third party server monitoring and then it started working fine. Later, it crashed from a "sv_broadcastmessage" error which resulted in the unable to read memory at an address location error. After that all I get is a "Could not establish connection to Steam servers" error. I hope there is a solution quickly as there are many servers idleing and maybe a more aggresive testing strategy before future 'update' releases.
