Can someone please explain to me why Steam Updates are always released between 4pm PST and 7pm PST ?
What is the purpose of this time frame ? I know there are others outside of the US but 5pm to 9pm is the heaviest traffic time for gamers. I know valve is also in the US. can someone explain to me why it always has to be at this time ? I would really like to know.
