From the Mani-Admin forum:
*It seems Valve have removed the in game menu support for CSS unfortunately, this also seems like a permanent move by them.
I would advise that you set the following cvar in your mani_server.cfg file: -
mani_use_amx_style_menu 0
This will allow you to use the 'official' Valve sdk menu system. The downside is that you will be required to press 'Esc' to see the menu system. As the plugin already supports HL2DM which does not have the now defunct CSS style menu's, the plugin should be fine and work as normal.
Sorry about this everyone but it was always a risk that Valve would pull the plug on that style of menu system.
[EDIT] From what I've heard, Valve rolled back the update, but for only a week.

My servers are running fine now so far after the NEW update. Mani mod is working again also. Using v1.1.0f. Let's see what happens as the day goes on.
