Well to start let me say I've done the port forwarding, I've also changed the server.cfg and listenserver.cfg files.
I added IP <69.244.169.81> port 27016 every server.cfg file on my computer in regards to steam, counter strike or otherwise has had these lines added, I even took and added the lines sv_lan 0 sv_region 0 (michigan, east coast) and STILL my server doesn't show up on the list for my friends to log in.....
