be as condescending as you like, you're the one that doesn't
understand that it was indeed something valve added and has absolutely
nothing to do with IE. Yes, IE is being used to do the actual html
display, but IE does not go to an URL simply because you put one in a
txt file. Valve made their game parse the motd.txt file for an URL and
if it sees one it will load it up. And it is exactly for side-stepping
the size limit. And Alfred just commented on it saying just as much.
So, like, go back to not brushing your teeth now...
