Zachary,
assuming your client box uses the same router as the server, you must
connect to it, from it
internal ip. open a command prompt on the server box and type in
ipconfig and use that
ip to connect on the client box in favorites. I have to do the same thing.

which is a Model EZXS55W
and that is connected to a Router which
is set up for port forwarding to my IP(which
is also the server's!)
The Router is a BEFSR41 v. 2
Both Linksys, but the switch says
"Cisco Systems" on it but is branded
with the Teal Linksys Type on it's
dorsal vent.
