So, in my case, I have ports 27013 - 27015 UDP forwarded to my server box, an OP4 server on 27015 with vacbeta, a Cold Ice server on 27014 without vacbeta, and nothing on 27013, so I'm guessing this would work without my having to open up any other ports?
