Well at uptime 4:113:18:15 the CSS server was using 375 megs ram / 688
megs VM and lag was evident. Just restarted it, it never crashed. Maybe
the update will fix the problem.

no none at all... For System I am running Athlon 64 3200+, Windows X64 OS
and none of the problems you all are refering to. I run 9 steam maps
and 17
Custom.. with 20 players.. and that is comprised with BOTS as well.
Just my two cents.

That's nice Jim, the same thing works if the bots load after humans, but
do you have a memory leak problem too?

I load Bots without humans and let the maps run... found it works and

the slot to human... so never a dull moment for the single players
that want
to play.

I am running a CSS 16 player 6 bots, bots are kicked as players enter,
server on win2k sp4 P4 2.4 512 ram.
I have noticed since the last update, that my server starts out using
around 60megs ram & 60megs VM.
AS time goes by, it steadily uses more, I always check when there are
just 6 in the server, on a stock map.
After a day its around 150megs ram & 150megs VM, it is now 284megs ram &
318megs VM, uptime 1:40:52:32
on map cs_compound. I run maxfps 200, tickrate 33 , the only other thing
open is mediaplayer paused in a video.
here is the start up bat file:
start /AboveNormal D:\CS_S_Server\srcds.exe -game cstrike +map de_dust
-port 27015 -ip 192.168.1.102 -vacbeta
I was running -BudgetPanel and stopped thinking that mite be the
problem, but it wasn't.
Does anyone else see this on their servers?
Any constructive ideas welcome,
Ned
