"updating counter-strike source content from version 35 to 36." I am assuming it might be because EVERYONE is trying to update right now.

Run the hldsupdatetool to get this update. The update adds a new map, cs_assault, to the lineup and also provides a new Terrorist skin. To run an unprotected server put "-insecure" on the command line.
