With the second last css server update, VAC2 was enabled by default & the
-vacbeta command is now ignored. If you don't want to run VAC2, change
-vacbeta to -insecure if you have -vacbeta there already.

I don't think there is a peramiter except to deactivate it I think
its auto
on

So for vac, what parameter do we use to enable it? The servers I
was
running
during the vac beta show that vac is running, while two new servers
I run
arn't using it.
