O.K so I have -tickrate 99 at the end of my target line right? That means i should get a tickrate of 99.
So in comes a guy into my server and says that my server isnt 100 tickrate. I'm like "yes it is" and hes like "no its not" He then proved it by using net_graph 3 and saying that the "In" part wasnt 100 on the right hand side. It was 20. He then went to his server and dragged me along and showed me that there it was 100 instead of 20. So what gives?
