This is a bad idea. Windows is not designed to page out data that is not needed from RAM. It is designed to allocate space in the page file for running applications regardless of the amount of ram on the system. If you start a program it will automatically allocate space in the page file equivalent TO allow the storage of that application in the page file system only incase it needs to do so. You should always have a page file that is the equivilant size of the amount of memory you have even if you dont expect windows to use the page file for actually paging an application.
