First say more specifically what you mean?  The MOTD has it's own KB file
size.  The MOTD can have it's own HTML code and sizes.  The MOTD can pull up
an outside stored image with another size.  What do you mean?

Second random answer: It can't be smaller then 640x480 :D, well it it
smaller then that, but when there in 640X480, the screen is about half
that
hight and just slightly smaller in width.
