Another thing; you don't think hackers infiltrate such "organizations" pretty quick if they actually think you will oppose a threat? You got to have a solid backbone in such a system (aka administration tools). I use http://www.checkyour6.net/index.php?cat=tools&sub=phpadmin to centrally manage my admins and bans. It will also log admin activity. All web-based. This is just a suggestion so you see what kind of tools I mean.
