It seems that the VAC servers have some problems.

connecting to Steam just not the VAC Servers.

Is there a problem with the VAC Servers ?
I have been running VAC up to last night, did a reboot on the Server and
all of a sudden was not VAC Secure - Could not establish a connection to
VAC Servers.
I have up to date all patches SRCDS Server CS:S
