If it is integral to their systems, it's a piss poor database design. You
*never* use something like name/address/email as a primary key in a table.
Maybe i can get a job with Valve as a dba? :)

I second the request. My primary steam account user name is an email address
I abandoned a long time ago, and I too wish I could change it.
