No, I already have bot_quota_mode fill set and always have, and is the
direct opposite of auto vacate. It tells the bots to fill the server when a
player leaves.
Let me be clear here. I went away for 2 months, came back and it was doing
this, possibly only after the last CSS patch. Nobody has changed the
bots.cfg file.
