Router help for slow or short server listings or line outages when you get a
server list

1.  Dont use USB if you can avoid it, always use ethernet.
   If your router has both USB and ethernet, make absolutely sure you do
NOT have both plugged in at the same time.

2.  Linksys BEFSR11, BEFSR41 and BEFSR81 routers
   the 11 and 41 versions 1 and 2 can be fixed by burning an older version
of the firmware (1.47)

This is mostly a client problem.
A few server related problems have also been reported, for example dropping
all clients occasionally.

Serverbrowsing uses UDP and not TCP so it is no effected by this change.

I haven't looked at steam's socket usage whilst in the server
