Yeah, as of a few updates ago, my CS:S started giving memory errors upon attempting to reenter the game if I minimize out for too long. Why do you need to track the IDs down in the first place? Do you mean checking against a database, i.e. HLSW Global Player ID database (very helpful)?
As for SourceTV, I agree that it's not functional enough.
