ok well i have Verizon for my server i put the port as 27034
but when i go on my other computer the ip is like 50372 i have two computers
with 2 internets

Your port is being randomized by NAT. There's nothing you can do about
it. People will still be able to connect to your server on whatever
port you specify, and as long as that port is forwarded on your router.
but as the port info leaves your network, the NAT component of your
modem/router/firewall will randomize it.

I know you said you don't have a router, but you do. It's probably
built into the modem and you just don't realize it. Open a DOS prompt
on your server (Start > Run > CMD) and type 'ipconfig'. I'm betting
your IP address starts out something like 192.xxx.xxx.xxx.
