On that note, Alfred, is it still "-secure" for the server command line of a
1.6 server?

Actually, liblist.gam is no longer used. If your server is up to date
(and you can check this by running hldsupdatetool with the "-verify_all"
flag) then you are VAC secure by default. If you don't want to run VAC
then add "-insecure" to the command line when launching the server (or
tick that box in the GUI tool).
