Well I do know in a server without amx mod ect you can type in status in console.It will list the players ids,name and slot number.Then in console if they are on the same team as you type in "vote 4" or whatever and if enough people vote for that person on the same team it will kick them from the server.I may be wrong.Maybe it is part of Amx mod and admin mod.I'll check it out sorry for the "harsh-ish" reply.This is the first time I've had this problem in about 3 years of running servers.Thanks guys...
