Yes, running a listen server with "sv_lan 0" will make it secure (as long as you didn't also put "-insecure" on the command line when launching the game). Typing "status" into the console will also tell you if you are running secure. SU means Service Unavailable, which is a temporary glitch due to backend updates, the server will just reconnect when Steam is available again.
