I run 2 servers off of 1 dual core AMD 4200+ in Windows XP: 32 player 66 tick 12 player 100 tick
After startup, I would typically set the affinity so that each were assigned to their own core. However if I forgot this step, I didn't notice any issues until this latest update. Now if I don't assign each one to a specific core, pings are severely affected. People on the same network who have typically have pings of 5 go up to 30+, people with 30 pings go up to 60, 50 to 100, etc... The pings are affected immediately after changing the affinity settings. Screenshots below.
