For anyone else with this problem: don't worry about it. Windows is choosing to page the memory out because it is not being touched by hlds. Buy a good book on IIS tuning if you really want to mess with this. There are kernel variables for the NT kernel that you can set to change the way things like how long before virtual memory is paged out.
To be honest you are probably barking up the wrong tree.
