fixed by a retry, but strange nonetheless.
That happens in DoD Source too - though I haven't seen it happen to the
entire server.
The couple of times its happened to me quitting the game/steam and
reconnecting sorts it out, but the fact that this is happening on CS and
DoD source would suggest that this is a issue with the HL2 engine rather
than the mods.
