At the minimum, you only really need port 27015 TCP/UDP forwarded to the IP address of 192.168.1.85 (I hope that's a permanent address). Then tell your friends to connect to you rInternet address, which you can find here: www.whatismyip.com - the address listed above is strictly for lan use, NOBODY can connect to it from the internet, only people on your LAN will be able to.
