That's for MS authentication, if I'm not mistaken. Applications
such as Steam, for example, are kind of like third-party tftp servers
in that there's no authentication, hence no way to control the numbers
through AD's knowledge. Think about it, if you have a webserver how many
connections might you want, and of those how many might use an
MS authentication scheme? The answer is nearly none.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't consider this is your
topology plan, given you want control of that box. It merely
means Steam/Source is an anonymous service and hence isn't
covered under the standard Microsoft licene.
