What I don't get is why you're trying to hide your game server IP address. The bad challenge is from older software that's pinging your game server (old versions of HLSW for instance).
You say the port is open and correct, but if you're behind a router, did you setup port forwarding? Also, is your game server port opened on BOTH TCP/UDP?
