Is it that the servers don't respond within some sort of
time-out period, or does it even try to rotate through a few of
them prior to timing out and going insecure? An ethereal capture of
the negotiations would probably be a good place to start. If Valve
is like most they run multiple servers with round-robin DNS; it would
be interesting to discover if one is not answering or being overloaded.
Hmmmm.... I don't have that problem on mine that I can
tell, but this might bear a little exploration if I can get it to
repeat on my test rig.
