I have the newest version of Neo TF I could find ver 1.81 or something like that. I installed it according to instructions, server starts fine and shows as running. However when you try to connect no one can join. It hangs on "Loading resources". I spent several hours last night trying to get it work with no success. I even loaded the client file on my PC so it shouldn't need to download resources from server but I still can't join.
No error message, just hung on "Pre-caching resources.." something like that.
