You take your external IP (if your server does not have an assigned live internet ip) The add +ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to your start line. (probably a batch file) If this is your own server hosted one something like DSL or Cable, this this will help a lot, but if you are hosted at a Colo or some other place, chances are your machine has a real ip address assigned to it. This being the case this will not likely help.
