Hy Everybody!
First things first
I`m a newbie, and I need help, and lots of it :)
So I made a Counter Server based on what descriptions i found on the
internet, more exacly this site: http://www.cstrike-planet.com/tutorial/1/4
Everything went as it had to, still my friends can't connect. They would be
connecting through the internet.
Now I will write down the thing that my GUI server shows me:
1. so when I starts the HLDS.exe it asks me these things
Server name: Zolikae
Map: ...
Network: Internet
Max. players.: 12
UDP port: 27015
RCON Password: ...
Secure (anti cheat)

START Server

Than on the Console page of the server I see the following text:

couldn't exec listip.cfg
couldn't exec banned.cfg
Connection to Steam servers successful.
   VAC secure mode is activated.
Adding master server 68.142.72.250:27010
Adding master server 69.28.151.162:27010

While connecting with the IP:PORT number I gave them An error message shows:
Invalid CDkey.
While connecting with the IP number I gave them without the port number
specified It is just trying to connect and retrying and finally drops the
trying. we tryde connecting with and without a firewall and the results are
exactly the same.
We tried to establish an FTP connection between our PC's which went just
fine in passive mode. My friends are on a LAN behind a router from another
ISP than me.

Could you please help whith this problem or do you know someone who can?
Any help that can solve my big Problem ould be greatly apprecieted.
Thank you in advance.

PS. I have a 512Kbs cable connection and only 1 PC at home so this means
that the server and me playing would be on that same PC. I this a problem,
can it be solved (but please dont tell me to by another pc becouse I`m
already broke :) )
This PC has 2.8GHz CPU 1GB RAM 7000RPM WD harddisk, it is a 64bit windows
system. My IP begins like this: 86.127. ... . ...
