Athlon 64 3000+ 1GB RAM 24 slots Mods: Metamod 1.19p28 AmxModx 1.70 Using Firedaemon to start hlds and running windows media player to reduce latency but occasionaly the hlds process starts taking up 99% CPU and the server hangs.
