Hey mate, I somehow managed to get some admin models working, however this was before I discovered CSRSC. I believe that if you have your sv_downloadurl setup correctly, and have all your skins on your server, the client should just download them.
I got sent an article from some of the guys on this list which explains how to setup sv_downloadurl and the structure, so I'll try dig that up for you as it might help you out.
