Alot of the clients at our cs 1.6 server are getting this "steam
validation rejected" on mapchange.   It has been quite frequent tonight,
probably close to 50% of players at each map change.   Is this an open
issue, or is the only fix to have them reconnect?   It's hard to
maintain a population when we map changes every 20-40 minutes, and half
the players are getting these errors and having to reconnect to the server.

Kevin helped me track down the actual text for this error and I have traced 
back its cause. You get that error when you fail to respond to VAC requests in 
a timely manner. We kick you if that happens. Just reconnect to the server if 
you see this.
