http://support.steampowered.com/ If you really want the account back, I HIGHLY recommend you dump your baggage now and be reasonable and sane when you talk to them. Stick to the facts and be sure to tell them (be honest but not abusive) that you offered your account for sale on this list, probably the reason it got disabled since that is against the EULA:
