-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Yes, but for me the answer was to not restart but to stop the server and wait 30 seconds before starting it again. It seems it's some sort of time issue when HLDS trys to connect to the vac server. restarting it doesn t want to connect, but stopping then starting it will do that fine. at least that seems to work for me.
