This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Other than SteamBans, I'm not really aware of any other "groups" setting up ban lists (other than lists of VAC banned users) A few GSPs include a list of banned ids in their default installs and periodically erase your ban list adding a new copy of "their" ban list.
