well I would asume that since the motd is on your server and the client has
to connet directly to view it, I as a user of Steam can chose not to view
your "l" content by not playing on your server, where the image for content
download could be view anytime someone points their server towards that
content source for downloads, causing a more random hits to the possible "l"
content.
